I AS A CUSTOMER:

In relation to the experience at ESCAPE HOUSE ENTERTAINMENT ESCAPE ROOMS ACTIVITIES, I hereby commit to absolving and liberating from any responsibility due to negligence the ESCAPE HOUSE (Room Exorcist - Room Halloween - Room Umm All Duwais, Room Ouija, Room Jason's Home, Room 333 Cemetery, Room The School) and its stakeholders, administrators, managers, employees, representatives, volunteers, and all associated entities (referred to as “Entities”) for myself, my offspring, family members, inheritors, executors, and estate as per the stipulations below:

1- I recognize that the adventure comes with potential and unforeseen hazards that might result in physical or emotional trauma, unanticipated consequences, fatalities, and material loss. Potential risks range from, but are not confined to, bodily harm from collisions or tumbles; medical complications from the exertion; property loss or damage, potential exposure to Covid-19 or other contagious diseases. I comprehend that such hazards are inevitable without altering the core spirit of the adventure.

2- I confirm understanding that the dynamics of the escape rooms might not be conducive for individuals with specific medical conditions including pregnancy, cardiac issues, respiratory problems, psychological conditions, light or sound sensitivities. I pledge to defend and absolve the Entities from any harm or injury that I might incur from participating under my own discretion.

3- I deliberately recognize and take on all inherent risks related to this event, including those arising from the Entities’ possible negligence. My engagement is wholly optional, and I choose to be a part of it while acknowledging these risks. If I deem any aspect of the experience unsafe or feel unfit to continue due to health concerns, I shall promptly withdraw.

4- I knowingly acknowledge and take on all inherent risks in this group setting, understanding the potential exposure to Covid-19 or other diseases. I willingly opt to participate and exempt the Entities from any responsibility arising from such exposure.

5- I proactively absolve, discharge forever, and concur to safeguard the Entities from any claims, demands, or legal challenges directly or indirectly associated with my involvement or use of their equipment and facilities due to negligence. This doesn’t extend to claims resulting from deliberate misconduct.

6- I affirm that I possess adequate insurance to address any harm or loss I might incur or cause during this event. If not, I commit to bear the expense of such damage or harm. I further confirm that no medical or physical situation could jeopardize my well-being during this event; otherwise, I willingly assume the associated risks.

7- I consent to comply with all displayed regulations and warnings and to heed any verbal directives given by the Entities.

8- I am accountable for any damages to the ESCAPE HOUSE premises resulting from my careless, reckless, or deliberate actions.

9- I grant ESCAPE HOUSE unrestricted rights to utilize my photograph or video without remuneration. I am aware that my likeness may be used for promotional activities, and I relinquish any claims to compensation arising from such use.

10- I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

11- I am clear that once I remit my entrance fee, under no circumstances will I be eligible for refunds.

12- This agreement is to be interpreted in its broadest sense to furnish a release in accordance with the pertinent legislation.

I ATTEST THAT I HAVE SCRUTINIZED THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND GRASP ITS MEANING FULLY. I RECOGNIZE THAT THIS IS A LIABILITY WAIVER AND A LEGAL AGREEMENT AND I SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY.

WHEN REGISTERING ONLINE, MY ONLINE SIGNATURE SHALL SUBSTITUTE FOR AND HAVE THE SAME LEGAL EFFECT AS IF I HAD SIGNED A PHYSICAL AGREEMENT.
